Training Reminder Settings
Configure automated reminder emails for pending trainings
Admins will receive a summary email with all pending employees (including those without email addresses). Employees with email addresses will also receive individual reminder emails.
When enabled, reminders are automatically sent daily at 9:00 AM IST. When disabled, reminders must be triggered manually for testing.
